Woo Hoo! There is a day two! Today the mortgage guy called and said we should be good to go for the amount we asked for on just Chris's salary! So if we found something a little more expensive that we just can't pass up they can add in my income as well.
Now we just have to email the realtor the good news and then start looking. This is going to be the fun part. When we narrow it down I'll try to remember and post pictures of the houses we are considering, and then of course of the house we buy.
Tonight we went to target to get an air filter and some cereal, and while we were there I looked at patio furniture and porch lights. I can't wait to be able to buy that kind of stuff and sit on our patio watching Lucy play in her back yard!
I am so excited, I could cry. I am so thankful that we are finally to this place and I just hope that I can keep it together and enjoy this process, because you only buy your first house once.
