A Cheesecake Project continued

If you've been around for a while, you may remember that Christopher and I have made a plan to try every flavor of cheesecake on The Cheesecake Factory's menu. You can read the first two installments here: Part 1 and Part 2

If you just want a general overview of what we've tried see the list below. Anything scratched out we've tried, and the others we're working on. We usually get two pieces of cheesecake each time we go. Depending on the flavors, we usually get two new ones, but if we get to a flavor on the menu we aren't thrilled about we'll get one new flavor and one we know we love. 

For my birthday I received a Cheesecake Factory gift card and decided it was time to kick up the taste testing project again. 

This time we tried Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake (on accident) and OREO Dream Extreme Cheesecake. 


Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake

We kind of tried this flavor on accident. We meant to try the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple but the night we got our cheesecake I just wrote "OREO & Peanut Butter Cup" on an old index card I had in my purse and Christopher ran inside and got them to go. He didn't realize they had two peanut butter cup cheesecakes so when the lady and the counter asked him if he wanted the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake or the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple, he heard Reese's and went with that. When I saw that it was a cake/cheesecake combo I was even more disappointed, because I have hated all of the cake/cheesecake combos I had tried so far. But this one was different. This one was REALLY good. This one I would even think of ordering again. I'm not sure if it will make it on to my list of favorites, but it definitely won't be on the "never eat again" list. 

OREO Dream Extreme Cheesecake

This was another cake/cheesecake combo and surprisingly another REALLY good cheesecake. I love Oreos and cheesecake and almost anything cookies and cream, so this was right up my ally.


Overall, it was a pretty great night for cheesecake!
