Over the weekend Christopher, Jen, and I took a trip to Epcot to see and taste the artistic snacks at the Festival of the Arts.

We started our culinary adventure at Taste Track, outside of the Test Track ride. We tried the paintbrush churros, cinnamon and sugar churros dipped in colorful white chocolate.

These were really cute, but not that tasty. The churros almost seemed old, so maybe we just got them at a bad time, but I wouldn't get them again.

Jen and Christopher got the lobster bacon macaroni and cheese and LOVED it. I'm not a seafood fan, so I passed on this one.

But look at that chunk of lobster! Bonus: it came in an edible bread cone.

And of course Christopher turned his bread cone into a unicorn horn, because he's magical.

There were artists making really cool chalk pictures along the main walkway to the world showcase. They would stop working to chat and answer questions about their work, it was cool.

Out next snack stop was Deconstructed Dish. Christopher and Jen got the Deconstructed Reuben with shredded corned beef, thousand island dressing, pickled red cabbage, and a rye curl. This was my favorite looking snack.

I got the Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake with whipped New York style cheesecake, fresh Florida strawberries, sugar cookies, and micro basil.

Our last snack stop for this trip was Pop Eats! We tried the Pop't Art, sugar cookie with strawberry filling, topped in a modern art design.

This was GOOD. If you've had the Lunch Box Tarts at Hollywood Studios, these are similar. I would 100% get this again if we go back.

We also tried the Sous Vide Chicken Roulade, with apples and sage, served with melty brie, blueberry and beet gel, and apple and beet chips. We were on the fence about this one. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something we would get again. There is kind of a lot going on all at once.

Have you been the Epcot's Festival of the Arts this year? If so, what were your favorite snacks?
