Chocolate Peppermint Cake Mix Crackle Cookies

Chocolate Peppermint Cake Mix Crackle Cookies

If you are looking for an extra tasty, extra easy, crowd pleasing cookie, this is it.

This baking mix, plus oil, eggs, and powdered sugar = delightful

This is a recipe for any skill level baker. Pull up a stool, gather your children or Nailed It contestant level friends, and get to baking. It’s that easy.

There are only six steps to get from a box of cake mix to a batch of tasty cookies.

  1. Whisk together eggs and oil

  2. Add baking mix to the oil/egg combo

  3. Mix until a dough forms

  4. Roll into balls

  5. Roll balls in powdered sugar

  6. Bake for 12 minutes

Let these beauties cool (or live dangerously and don’t) and then eat them or serve them or pack them up for later.

I brought these cookies to work, because Christopher is out of town for work, and I don’t need to eat 30 cookies by myself. Sharing is caring.

Have you ever made cake mix cookies? Which flavors have you tried? Leave them in the comments.
