31 Things I am Grateful for December 2020

I don’t know how to feel about the last month of 2020. On one hand, 2020 was rough and I’m over it, so peace out bitch. On the other hand, December was a pretty great month for us, we have a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and some new floors. So our house is like 1/2 new and we couldn’t be more excited about it.

I hope this month has brought a little magic to the end of this upside down year for you too. Don’t forget to find or make magic if you need to. Look at some holiday lights, drink a festive beverage, make a list of fun things to try in the new year ahead, or whatever will help you feel happy.

31 things I am grateful for this month:

  1. Getting to use my parents giant bath tub a few times

  2. Lucy recovering from eating a bunch of dirt soaked in Thanksgiving fried turkey juices

  3. Home project progress

  4. Finally riding Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios

  5. A Disney weekend to say goodbye for now (after 4 years, we aren’t renewing our passes)

  6. Christmas decorations

  7. Sprinkles Cupcakes

  8. A new dining room light fixture

  9. Seeing my favorite medical professional

  10. Baking Peanut Butter Blossoms and getting to share a few

  11. Moving back into our house

  12. Christmas movies

  14. Another year of Miranda

  15. Quality time with my sister in law and the nieces
