Happy Thanksgiving 2023

With all of the uncertainty in the world right now, it’s important to take a few minutes each day to be thankful for what we have.

This year we are especially thankful for our families. We couldn’t have left Florida and tried out a new way of life without their support.

We’re thankful for friends that have been willing to spend time with us via text or FaceTime, and made time for us when we visit.

We’re thankful to live in a place where we don’t have to worry about airstrikes or being driven out of our home and ushered away from all we know and love.

We’re thankful we don’t have any volcanoes erupting nearby.

We’re thankful for new experiences and adventures.

And above all, we are thankful for each other, and of course, Lucy.
