Cookie Week 2023: Pistachio Drop Cookies

On day three of cookie week I am using another Sally’s Baking Recipe Pistachio Drop Cookies.

Gather your ingredients and get ready to make a super tasty treat.

Grind up your pistachios into a fine powder AKA nut dust. Mix up your dough, chill, scoop, and bake.

Make the brown butter icing, this week should have been called brown butter week. Dip your cookies into the icing and then in the leftover pistachio nut dust from the beginning of the recipe.

These cookies are so cute and 100% delicious. They are also a perfect two-bite size, great for parties, cookie swaps, and boxes of cookies to share with friends or neighbors.
