Trader Joe's Sweet Cannoli Dip

I love cannoli! It’s so tasty without being heavy, plus they aren’t something I have ever made, so they’re a special treat.

Trader Joe’s has a Sweet Cannoli Dip and recommends pairing it with their Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies, so I did what any cannoli loving Trader Joe’s fan would do, and bought them both. Plus, a bag of chocolate chips.

I thought the dip had a nice flavor and texture, and the cookies taste sort of like waffle cone pieces, so it was a nice treat, but not a replacement for my beloved cannoli.

This would be fun for a party though. You could serve it like I did with chocolate chips mixed in and the belgian butter cookies from Trader Joe’s, or by itself with toppings on the side and an assortment of dippers.

Toppings I think would be tasty: mini or regular size chocolate chips, chopped nuts like pistachios, pecans, or almonds, sprinkles, shredded coconut, and/or crushed cookies pieces.

Some dippers I think would work well: Nilla Wafers, pretzels, graham crackers (honey, cinnamon or chocolate), fruit skewers (berries and grapes), apple slices, banana, and/or ice cream cone pieces.

Have you tried the Cannoli Dip from Trader Joe’s? If so, what did you pair it with?
