I finally made my first garden harvest! First, a before picture, so pretty.

I harvested all of my spinach, lettuce, and broccoli.

I made a salad with my homegrown spinach and lettuce and the family is going to fight over the 3 pieces of broccoli later tonight, hahahaha.

I think I planted my plants too close together and waited too long to harvest my spinach, but overall not a bad little garden harvest. I’m still waiting for bell peppers, pepperoncini, and carrots to grow.
