Happy New Year - 2020

Happy New Year, friends!

We rang in the nw year with my parents and brother Jacob, eating snacks, and playing games.

On New Year’s Day, Christopher and I had a quiet day at home. I made a ham and black eyed pea soup and we rearranged the living room furniture. I’m still trying to decide how I like it.

It wasn’t a very interesting day, but it was nice and slow, and just what we needed after a busy holiday season.

Happy 2020, I hope this year brings you more ups than downs, and that you find adventure and joy in even the most ordinary things.
