Vanilla Cupcakes for Two

The next recipe in my small batch baking adventure is Vanilla Cupcakes for Two by One Dish Kitchen.

This recipe was so easy and so good. I overfilled my cupcake liners, so I think I could have made three cupcakes out of this batter.

I was being extra low key and just plopped the frosting on with the spoon I used to mix it. You could absolutely use a spatula or small piping bag to frost the cupcakes if you want something more polished.

These cupcakes will be in our new small batch rotation for sure.
