Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls

For my second adventure in small batch treats I made Easy Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls from Baking Mischief.

My yeast was on the edge of death so these didn’t rise as much as they should have, but the recipe was really easy.

I also think trying to force my cinnamon rolls to rise in the wrong shape and size pan caused some filling to spill out and burn on the bottom, oops. Or maybe I didn’t roll them tight enough? This was my first try at homemade cinnamon rolls.

I would definitely make these cinnamon rolls again, I just need new yeast.
