Friday Favorites - February 24, 2023

Another week, another set of favorites. On Monday, my parent’s dog crossed the rainbow bridge, so it’s been a sad week. These are some of the things that have helped take the edge off.

Lucy

You better believe we are snuggling Lucy extra tight and giving her more pets than ever, and obviously more bones.

Waffle House Waffles

I love Waffle House waffles. They are just a special kind of delicious and I will fight anyone who says otherwise. Christopher and I kind of forced my youngest brother to go to Waffle House with us. It was his first time going to a Waffle House, and he’s better for it. You’re welcome, kid.

Coffee in Bed

Christopher has been bringing me coffee in bed, and it’s pretty much the best part of my day.

Sometimes you just need to check out, watch dog videos, laugh at some random jokes, and forget about the real world.

Early Spring Flowers

The daffodils and hyacinths are popping up and it makes me smile everytime I see them. It also makes me feel like I’m living in Animal Crossing.
